Access to Information Act

In terms of the South African Access to Information Act of 2000 (as ammended in 2002), MCLI is required to appoint an Information Officer to deal with any queries which members of the public make to obtain information under the provisions of the Act.

MCLI's Information Officer is our Chief Operating Officer, Barbara Mommen. Please refer to our Contact Details on how to contact her.

MCLI does not levy any charges for requests for information made under the provisions of the Act, however, MCLI reserves the right to do so on an ad hoc or normal basis.
