Bertling Lda offers a full range of Project Supply Chain Services with Mozambican offices in Maputo, Beira and Tete. F.H. Bertling was founded in 1865 in Luebeck, Germany. The company then engaged in the Baltic Sea trade, shipping iron ore and coal between the German port and Scandinavia. Today, F.H. Bertling is still a privately owned group and remains its head quarters in Germany, in the city of Hamburg. The freight forwarding activity was first established in Germany and in the UK in the 1980’s. The group has extended its network to 55 offices worldwide and specialises in logistics management for industrial projects.

Through our network Bertling manages the supply chain for mobilisation, construction, operation and re-supply for projects in oil & gas, mining, power generation, civil engineering and other industries. In Africa, we are presently active in 19 different countries, supporting projects of different nature, magnitude and duration.

  • Delivery to final destination, offloading at destination and complete on-site receiving, if required
  • Cargo tracking and tracing with secured internet access including inventory reports
