At Global Business Consultants (GBC), alliances are essential to our main goal - helping our clients innovate to become high-performance businesses.

GBC is currently working in the promotion of the Beluluane Industrial Park near Maputo, a free zone established to supply products and services to Mozal. The services offered by the OMEGA group to the companies established in this area will become the starting point to an innovative service center offering a whole range of services, allowing more efficiency on delivery and cost savings to companies an future investors willing to establish in this free zone.

This promotion is being initiated with a joint effort of GBC and MCLI.

Consulting

We carry out the following:

  • Business Plans;
  • Accounting systems reviews and studies to appraise the effectiveness of present systems and advise on them;
  • Financial management to advise on the best mix of financing structure as well as the management of working capital;
  • Advise on IT strategies.

Business Linkages

The main objective in this area is to help increase the level of participation of local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the procurement supply chain needs of large industries.

Supply chain initiatives help large firms and SMEs to cut costs, enhance revenue and reduce working capital.

By enhancing our consulting and outsourcing expertise with alliances and other capabilities, we help move clients forward in every part of their businesses, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.

GBC is committed to:

  • Facilitate the relationship between Large firms and SME suppliers with a strong focus on improvement of the service levels and quality offered;
  • Develop SMEs in the main business areas: Management, Finance, Marketing and HR as well as on the technical areas: Safety, Quality and Maintenance;

Business Networks

GBC is creating business networks at national and international levels. These connections are providing ideas, expertise and experience among its members, not just communicating who they are, but what they do, and how they are becoming growth oriented successful organizations.

We help build the capacity of Business Member Organizations (business associations and chambers of commerce and/ or industry).

BMOs can promote SME growth through facilitation or direct provision of selected demand-driven services and through advocacy aimed at creating a better business environment.

Assistance to investors

GBC offers professional assistance to foreign investors planning to establish or expand business operations in Mozambique. We provide all information, support services and on-the-ground assistance that businesses require for their projects from inception to completion.

Assistance to start-ups

We also offer technical assistance (e.g. business planning, loan applications, market evaluation) as well as support to networking and mentoring to established businesses and start ups.
