The MFLF Modal Working Group is the primary means through which stakeholders participate in the Mpumalanga Freight Logistics Forum. The MFLF Modal Working Group focusses its attention on promoting sufficient logistics infrastructure, services and operational efficiencies on the strategic corridors to support a cost effective, reliable freight logistics option of choice for the region’s exporters and importers, with realistic returns for infrastructure investors.

The primary objectives of the MFLF Modal Working Group are to:
Operation
The MFLF Modal Working Group meets once per month until such time that the group experiences sufficient momentum to meet bi-monthly. It also particpates in political and stakeholder processes, business case and case study development, pilot projects and final project implementation. The MFLF Secretariat is committed to ensuring that the Modal Working Group operates in an environment of transparency and inclusivity through effective communication. The MFLF Secretariat is committed to the principles of free and fair public participation in a forum that is inclusive of all stakeholders
Invitation to participate in MFLF Modal Working GroupIf you are a stakeholder in the Mpumalanga Freight Logistics Forum and are not already participating in the Forum, we invite you to participate. Your participation is crucial to the successful implementation of the National Freight Logistics Strategy in the province. Please contact the MFLF Secretariat to be informed about current and future developments.
