The Plan sets out a strategy for the future development of the Port and provides a framework for berth and channel improvements, development of landside facilities and expansion of service corridors and other associated infrastructure.
Over and above Grindrod’s involvement in MPDC, Grindrod’s operations in Maputo include dry bulk terminals, an intermodal container terminal, a car terminal, ships agency services (Sturrock Grindrod Maritime), clearing and forwarding (Sturrock Grindrod Maritime and Rohlig-Grindrod), auto carriers (Grindrod Logistics), fuel tankers (Grindrod Fuelogics and Grindrod Petrologistics) and rail solutions.
